Held at Red House Seafood Nanyang Clarke Quay outlet, this one-of-a-kind workshop offers participants an opportunity to uncover the secrets behind our signature Nanyang-style Chilli Crab β a flavourful fusion influenced by the rich traditions of Malay, Indian, and Peranakan cuisine.
From crab selection to cooking techniques, this workshop is designed for all – whether you’re a local perfecting your skills, a visitor keen to explore Singaporeβs food culture, or a company seeking a meaningful team bonding session.

Participants will-
- Learn the difference between male and female crabs, and how roe, claws, and meat quality vary.
- Watch a live chef demo, followed by a guided hands-on session to cook their own restaurant-quality Singapore Chilli Crab.
- Dine on your own prepared dish, featuring your freshly cooked Chilli Crabs with complimentary Golden Crab Mantou and a serving of noodles tossed in the same flavourful chilli crab sauce
