Chilli Crabs and Man-Tou


Our Chilli Crabs are spicy and yet belie a hint of sweetness. All credit goes to a beautiful lady who dined at Red House many years back, who was seen pouring tomato sauce in our Chilli Crabs to diffuse the spicyness of the dish. Due to her creativity, the chefs in the kitchen decided to use fresh tomatoes to test the lady’s innovation. And true enough, this new version of Chilli Crabs was so good we now name its mouth-watering sauce “Red House Special Chilli Stew”. We dare say it’s one of the best Chilli Crabs in Singapore!
