Here’s a dish which definitely has a strong historical significance. It commemorates Red House’s change of premises, from our red colonial building at Upper East Coast Road to our present base at East Coast Seafood Centre. Our BBQ Squid tasted so good that it was very much in demand in the early days. As we did not have it on our menu then, customers used to beg us to include it so that they could enjoy it whenever they liked instead of having to make special requests for it! Our secret marinade? A blend of many exotic sauces.... And as our squid is freshly delivered every day, like all our other seafood, the texture is nothing short of excellent! BBQ Squid, where taste and texture combined makes for true perfection. |
