Spicy Seafood Combination (1991)

Years ago, we hired a chef to cook for all our staff at our highly anticipated annual dinner. His Thai-inspired Spicy Seafood Combination was a hit with so many of us we had to put it on the menu! His then version of Spicy Seafood Combination had too liberal a dose of chilli oil so we’ve had to tone it down over the years to better suit our customers’ taste. Our own chef decided to improvise and after a few trial runs, he finally hit on a taste that was just right. Spicy Seafood Combination, a wonderful taste of Thai.
